Luke Kasakya

Luke Kasakya is a practising Advocate, Tax and Legal consultant currently engaged in that capacity at Azima Advocates with considerable litigation experience in the Courts of Judicature in Uganda and various quasi-Judicial tribunals in his practice. He analytically guides clients through all phases of litigation which include assessing risk, drafting legal opinions, pleadings, affidavits and negotiation of settlements. Over time he earned a reputation of high regard for his skills as an attorney, intellectual acumen, commitment and work ethic.

Luke is a litigation specialist who brings his personable and knowledgeable approach to a practice that envelops all aspects of employment law, commercial, personal injury, administrative, insolvency and associated areas. He is also a qualified conveyancer proficient with drafting and preparing bonds and transfer documents for execution.

Luke obtained a new certification MCIArb from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators CIARB
